How It Works

  1. Book a Spay or Neuter Appointment - Call us to schedule your pet’s procedure and secure your spot with a deposit.

  2. Attend Your Free First Visit - Bring your puppy or kitten in for a thorough health check and their free eligible vaccines.

  3. Complete Any Necessary Boosters - Pets must be fully vaccinated before their procedure. If additional boosters are needed, we’ll schedule them to ensure your pet is safe and protected.

Key Details

  • Vaccines like Lyme, Bordetella, and Feline Leukemia are not included and will incur additional costs.

  • Boosters for vaccines are not included in this promotion and will require an additional fee.

  • Vaccines will not be administered on the day of the spay/neuter procedure.

1. Who is eligible for this promotion?

This promotion is available to new clients with puppies or kittens who schedule and place a deposit for a spay or neuter appointment between December 6, 2024, and February 6, 2025.

2. What does the promotion include?

New clients receive:

  • A free first veterinary visit for their puppy or kitten.

  • Primary dosing of the following vaccines

    • Dogs: Rabies and DA2PPL

    • Cats: Rabies and FVRCP

3. What vaccines aren’t included?

Vaccines such as Lyme disease, Bordetella (dogs), and Feline Leukemia (cats) are not included in this promotion and will incur additional costs.

4. Can vaccines be given on the day of the spay or neuter procedure?

No. All required vaccines must be administered prior to the procedure to ensure your pet’s safety. Vaccine appointments will be scheduled in advance if needed.

5. What about booster shots?

Booster vaccinations are not included in this promotion. Required boosters will need to be paid for separately.

6. Is there an age requirement for spay/neuter surgeries?

Yes. Puppies and kittens must complete their three-booster vaccine series before they can undergo spay or neuter surgery. Pets who are overdue on vaccines must be updated before the procedure can be scheduled.

As long as the spay or neuter surgery is scheduled and a deposit is placed before February 6, 2025, the free visit and vaccines will still apply, even if the surgery is performed after this date.
