Shannon has been with the clinic since August 2017 and has been the Lead receptionist for a number of years. Her passion for animals is very apparent to anyone that knows her. She has three large dogs, Jax, Tara, and Ralphie, four cats: Simon, Salem, Sassy, & Claudia, as well as four birds, Loki, Daisy, Sammy, and Cricket, she is always surrounded by animals. Outside of work she is a homebody, taking care of her animals, as well as the many plants that she is obsessed with, while also taking time to read and knit. At work she is always trying to ensure that the receptionists are all working well together as a team and is not one to shy away from learning new things. She enjoys being around animals of any kind and has many patients that love to come in and say hi to her, even if they aren't here for an appointment. She likes finding ways of showing the staff that they are all important, and will facilitate pot lucks and other work functions.
